During the summer months, when we get the least amount of rain, it is important to heed to our local authorities about when and how much water we can consume for our outdoor spaces.
Water restrictions and information related to them are often updated on the radio, television and on the Internet. Choose the right media that suits you best to hear the latest information on how well the water supplies in your local area are being managed, as well as to when you may be able to water your gardens. Sometimes the restrictions will not allow for watering of grassy areas. Thankfully this is usually for a few months out of the year, and come fall time we can go back to our regular watering maintenance when the autumn rains replenish the water supply.
